"In Honor of," "In Memory of"
The Foundation has cards/envelopes, along with a process, where interested parties may make a contribution to the Foundation "In Honor of" or "In Memory of" someone. (You may click the heading of this section and see/download a copy of the card). A quantity of cards/envelopes may also be provided for use at other locations, including, but not limited to, funeral homes. Funds may be designated for a specific Foundation project, i.e. Grants-in-Aid (Scholarship) program or as "Unrestricted." Other possibilities may be discussed by contacting Foundation Manager Darla Kuhs at 847-572-2611 or by emailing: darla@dfpd.org.
